The hi-speed pocket hub from Manhattan has been designed to add seven more hi-speed USB 2.0 ports to PCs and notebooks. They are also compatible with USB 1.1, so they support older devices as well and provide data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbit/s.
If you need an additional power supply, the hub can use a USB connection reserved for this purpose to draw power via the controller, making a power pack superfluous.
