The Sommer Cable 100-0071-08 is a SC-Mistral FLAT 8-fold Multipair Cable. The SC-Mistral FLAT is an entirely new Multipair Design where the wire pairs are not combined in a round sleeve, but in parallel form as a flat cable. The cable has low capacitance and cannot only be laid easily, but inconspicuously.
The wire pairs are shielded by an AL/PT foil and insulated and numbered pair wise so that the connector can be mounted directly to the wire pair. Of course, the SC-Mistral FLAT is highly flexible and can hence be rolled up into a small snail; in addition it is also suitable for use in stage technology. Owing to its flat design, it can be wonderfully tucked away under carpets, baseboards or in control cabinets.

This cable will be supplied in one continuous length, subject to the maximum reel size. For example, an order for 7 metres of cable will result in a single 7-metre cable being supplied, not 7 one-metre lengths.
