Q. Hi, Sorry if I am missing the obvious (no expert for sure!) but if the + and - terminals from a 30v source were reversed would this meter show 30v or 0v ? I really am after something that checks boith voltage and polarity - will this meter do the job? Thanks ..........TC
A. Hi Terry. Thank you for your question. This voltmeter is a 0-30V meter for a positive rail if the polarity is reversed the coil will try to go the other way in equal measures to the voltage applied.
